  : Good central location right next to Piazza dei Pitti and 5 mins walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Very comfortable with all the facilities you'd want for a short or long stay. Ideal for 2 couples.

  : Do not book this apartment if you cannot climb 3 flights of stairs or have difficulty climbing into the bath to take a shower.Only 3 unmatched wine glasses!

  : The apartment is in a prime location, literally next door to Palazzo Pitti. There are books provided about the art and culture of Florence.
  : The travel organization SweetStay ranks number one in terms of inefficient and annoying communication, which cost the traveller precious holiday time. Before our stay, we received about 10 emails for preparation, during the stay another 10 or so messages, and we were even forced to upload our passports on an internet page upfront( not sure if that is even compliant with privacy regulations of EU). SweetStay is in the US, they sent us in the night a message about a local checkin. That local person was complaining to me that I communicated our checkin time in the middle of the night, right after receiving the request of SweetStay. However, despite all efforts in organization and burocracy, the checkin person was more than half an hour late, asking us provocatively if we would expect him to wait for us. Also, we received unrequested, super expensive offers like touring with a van in the Chianti area for 450 Euros a day( exceeding by far average market prices.) Finally, this was the first holiday home ever which did not even provide a bottle of fresh water despite outside temperatures of 29 degrees Celsius. The apartment was ok, a little bit smelling like my uncles home, who liked to smoke the pipe. Anyway, the property management needs to respect the time of the guests. Because of the remarkably bad communication, I give a low rating. However, the apartment is a good choice for location reasons. Regrettably, although we are frequently in Florence, we will definitely not return.
