  : Amazing value for money, literally in front of the Piti Palazzo. The staff was super friendly.

  : Amazing location at the heart of the city. The room was generously sized, airy and got plenty of light. Good toilet/shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were polite and helpful.
  : The decor of photos on booking.com are very misleading. Photos show a typical tuscan style with pastel colors and wood furniture, floral bedding etc. What we got was modern ikea-style furniture with the kind of bold colors you would expect from Shoreditch/London and the bedding had no duvet covers (which is quite unsanitary). The failicities said ironing equipment would be available. The first time we asked staff they said there was no iron. Second time they said they had lost it and they would ask their sister hotel for a loan. 2 days later we finally had access to an iron. The room had daily cleaning but despite this the floor and room remained dusty, particularly on the wood floor. This combined with the lack of duvet covers did not give the impression of cleanliness. The bathroom on the other hand was clean. On the last day we ran out of toilet roll - it was easy to ask reception for more but if cleaners are coming in daily why this was necessary I do not know.

  : Only good thing about this place is location.Its really near to all main attractions.
  : The room was not clean at all. In addition, everything looked like it was about to fall apart. The chair was wobbly, the bed headrest was not even properly mounted to the bed.The bathroom was dirty, there was mold in the shower, the shower handset was rusty and hanging by a thread.

  : The doorbell says affittacamere, and thats what this place is: a dirty, poorly maintained collection of units scattered in the building (not a hotel). The only amenity is the option of storing luggage after checkout. We understand there is little that can be done to upgrade the extremely small elevator, but they should definitely put more effort into room maintenance and cleaning. Ours was on the ground floor (extremely dark), and the bathroom had quite a lot of black mold and no ventilation whatsoever. People with allergies will have a hard time breathing in there. We constantly heard people coming and going from the hallway (where they kept a bike next to an old, filthy stove?!?), and we saw people walking in front of our window in multiple instances. The very old wooden floor in the room was gross. The white comforter had stains on it. We loved the location, but we wont be staying here again. I beg you, keep looking for a hotel because there are better options at this price point.

  : Nothing about our stay at this location was good . It was flity very damp room 102 was a complete disgrace. Bug infested dehumidifier on full time in the corner because of the damp . We only stayed 4 of your 5 night and that was only because we could not find another place to stay.
  : Please read above. Also when we complained the receptionist gave us a number to call in Rome and said nothing she could do . Dismissed us like its all happened before she new the complaintwas coming. .. Can not believe booking.com had this property on there offerings Would not let a dog stay there.. We did try and contact booking.com but got no reply as well. We have used your Company for many years. Any nothing like this has happened before .. totally destroyed out experience of Florence. Very disappointed.
