  : Check in was listed as 3, when I msg her to let her know we would be there at 3, she said she had someone already booked in for that time and we had to wait till 3:45/4. Was a little disappointing.

  : electricity problem with wrong information given by the CleanBnB. I had to seek neighbours help by knocking on doors before getting electricity back after 6 hours. information provided by the service provider was not correct until late afternoon, as we sat in darkness with my Christmas roast quarter cooked!

  : This place really needs elevator. It also need air conditioning in all bedrooms .there are 3 bedrooms but only 1 bedroom has ac. Washing machine broke down during our stay.Bathroom sinks drains very slow

  : It was close to everything... Only a 10 min walk to the train station. It was clean & comfortable.
  : There was no lift. The shower rose in both showers were hard to position & didn't function well.

  : The place was nice. We were a team of 6 couples and there were 3 bed rooms for us. There was a well equipped kitchen. The place is 10 mins walk from the main attractions in Florence like the Duomo. There is a small cute cafe right below the apartment which is good for a quick coffee and croissant . The place is very near to Florence railway station, its like 10 mins walk to the railway station.
  : There are no lifts in the building. You have to climb almost two floors. It will be better if you can carry small luggage.
