  : Really nice location and a very comfortable room. The owner also gave me lots of tips for nice places to eat etc.
  : The showerhead was leaking, so water would spray everywhere when you took a shower. One time I also didn't have very warm water

  : The brief about the city, the room was so good and big, the bed was ok, the storage area was good big enough the location was great with so many places around that locals use with reasonable prices with a nearby bus stop the room was cleaned the price was great it, the bathroom size was goodIts and old authentic building, with shampoo and soap
  : There were no amenities in the room no kettle, no water bottles no glasses to drink in no microwave, no mini fridge, only a hairdryer which was usefulThe bathroom was out side the room The most annoying thing for me was that the bathroom window wasnt covered so anyone can see you while taking a shower from the other rooms or the building inner courtyard

  : We loved Simon's energy and kindness. He gave us an exclusive map of the best spots in Florence and even the less touristy parts of the city. We loved the location, which is within walking distance of everything. Plus, the Piti Express downstairs is the best value-money for everything literally (food, drinks, breakfast, coffee) anything your heart desires. Also, we were very surprised at how big the place was, which included a kitchen as well.
  : The windows are thin and the street is pretty lively so it disturbed our sleep.

  : The man who checked us in (I assume the owner) was very friendly and gave very comprehensive instructions. The room had everything we needed and a nice view to Boboli Gardens. The owner shared a Google Maps link with attractions and restaurants which was a nice touch and we used it to get breakfast a couple times. They provided shampoo and soap in the bathroom.
  : The wifi was quite weak and could only be used in certain places and hours in the apartment, but the owner warned us so it's fine. Apart from that it was a good experience.
