  : Excellent location, walking distance from the main sightseeing spots. The room was quite spacious, we had a fridge and kitchen, which was the only place that offered it during our Italy trip. The host was very responsive and provided very detailed instructions on how to access the place.
  : There was no view from the window, which is not too bad; however, we've had some very bad luck with construction happening literally next to the window. We couldn't get any proper rest as the construction went on throughout the whole day, starting at 8AM. It's not the owner's fault, but if I were the host - I would offer some kind of goodwill gesture/compliment to make up for the inconvenience. There were barely any outlets next to the bed, so you would need to charge your phone on the TV stand or the kitchen top if you still want to use the bedside lamps. There's only one bathroom, which was very unfortunate as if someone's taking a long shower, you have no way of using the toilet for quite some time.

  : There is literally no facilities at all, even soap in the bathroom to wash the hands and also there is too much loud so if someone outside is having shower you will definitely hear in your room
