  : The location was great. The apartment was exactly what we were expecting. My husband and I had the bed in the main room, my son had a twin bed in a room off of ours, and my daughter slept on the couch, which she said was plenty comfortable. The rooms were roomy enough for our luggage and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washing machine, though small, was a great help when the airline lost our son's luggage. We were able to wash his clothes every night until his suitcase arrived. The keyless check in was very easy and great because our plane was delayed and we didn't need to worry about meeting anyone when we got in so late. Check out was just as simple.
  : There was no lift, so we did need to climb several flights of stairs carrying our luggage, but we knew this and were expecting it. We had carryon size luggage. It would have been more difficult with larger luggage. We had to search for enough electrical outlets to charge all of our phones, but we made it work. There was no complimentary shampoo, soap or laundry detergent. The bathroom could use a shelf by the sink.

  : Location was the best thing about it,
  : Air conditioning is very very poor and not in every room, this caused us to actually move to a hotel and pay double for the sake of getting a good rest and good night sleep, The stairs also and although we knew it was on third floor, were very narrow ,,,,, and number of stairs between floors much higher than the standard in new buildings given this one is old.

  : -Great electronic key system - finally able to have our friends leave and enter the apartment without having to exchange keys -Good location; and it was clean
  : -PICTURES OF THIS APARTMENT LISTING ARE MISLEADING - they have used 2 different apartments and smashed their pictures to make it resemble a much larger apartment than it really is -Layout of the apartment isn't really clear based on pictures - there is 1 bedroom with a full sized bed and another smaller bedroom with a twin bed that requires you to go through the main bedroom to access it. -The smaller bedroom has no A/C which was not negotiable for us tourists visiting italy in the middle of the summer. As a result, one of us had to sleep on the futon in the living room. -A/C in the bedroom didn't work very well and was very loud and disruptive and at one point stopped working altogether -Not a complaint, but there is no elevator so if you are bringing bags, you'll have to climb 3 flights of tight stairs to bring them up and down.

  : The location was great. The flat itself was nice with a smooth checkin process.
  : Some of the facilities were not functioning properly, for example the washing machine was broken, the kettle lid was not opening some times, the hangers in the bathroom were nearly falling off.The flat itself was clean but the dishes in the kitchen needed to be washed, but there was not a proper dish washing cloth or brush available for it.We didnt have electricity for one hour. My message to the landlord was without any answer and the problem got solved only after I called the landlord.The stairs to the floor were so steep.

  : Three flights of high stairs making it difficult to carry the luggage up and down the steep steps. We had to call the owner to put on the heater as the flat was too cold on the first day. Some other minor issues with facilities.
