  : Great location, few minutes away from the main touristic sites.
  : Early check out. It was very dirty and the facilities are very cheap, they feel cheap. The basics were not even provided, no kettle, no bottle opener. The hosts were contacting us excessively to confirm our time arrival and were not very polite, despite the fact that we consistently confirmed 4 times the time arrival which happened to be during the check in hours.

  : Location is everything! The apartment building is in a very nice residential complex, very quiet and green. We used the garage, it is modern and wide, easy to get in and out.
  : Pay attention to check in and check out times - it was an issue for us to check in before 19:00 and check out by 10:00. The apartment is on the first floor, next to the building entrance, it was very noisy from people coming in and out at night. I also had issues with the pillows.

  : The location was excellent. It felt secure and quiet and set in attractive herb gardens. Waking up to blackbirds singing away was lovely. The apartment is on a road with lots of places to eat . It was also close to the major tourist sites
  : It makes me sad to give a negative review because this property is excellent in lots of ways. However, it is totally let down by the lack of basic requirements for a self catering stay. The whole point of having cooking facilities is so you dont have to eat out every night. The first thing we noticed is that there was no kettle. After a text to Daniela this was provided the next day. However, this didnt work either so another was provided the next day. As the hob didnt stay hot we resorted to boil a cup of water in the microwave to make tea. Added to this, apparently they dont provide a kitchen plug and no bowl. Theres a dishwasher but only one tablet. Two more were provided on request. Bring a corkscrew if you want a bottle of wine, none provided. No tea towel, no brush to go with the pan, no tablecloth, no placemats, The apartment is supposed to accommodate 4 people. Bring a glass as there was only 3. It got worse when the bathroom plug got stuck in the basin. Mechanism didnt work so we had to get under the sink to release the water. Again, Daniela sent someone in when we were out and sent me a photograph of running water to prove all was working fine. After pointing out the lever was broken they solved the problem by removing the plug altogether. We had to make sure nothing was dropped down there. There was no apology for any of this. Bearing in mind we were only there for three days we spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out how to make equipment work as there was no written instructions.What is sad about all of this is that it could be rated exceptional with a little care and quality control. If you look at helpful reviews from a year ago, exactly the same complaints are raised. Either the owners dont read the reviews or they just dont care
