: Definitely perfect location, polite and cooperative staff, always available to respond. Clean and unworn premises. The feeling of stay fits perfectly to the architecture and spirit of Catania old town. There are a lot of restaurants, patisseries, coffees and gelateria around.
: It was a little cold in the room and bathroom, especially first day. It became wormer afterwords, but still it was not hot inside. Maybe the air conditioner is not powerful enough to heat those 4+ meters high premises. But even that, the stay was pleasant enough.

  : Location
: Horrible dark haired reception staff girl with control freak issues who entered my room despite my having do not disturb sign on door to retrieve the heavy mental and heavy solid wood attachment for the key which I detached planning to return on leaving as with a recent hand operation was too heavy for me. She also decided to turn the air-con off while there which meant I returned to hot stuffy room. A couple of days previously my friend who lives in the city popped to my room with me to help me carry bags because of my hand when within seconds of getting to my room there was an aggressive bang on the door from the same girl demanded my friends passport or driving licence to our complete confusionwe were treated like criminals with hostility and over the top hostility for a split second room entry to collect gift bags I brought from UK for her one year baby daughter. The glaring face and aggressive tone for absolutely no reason means I will never return to this place as there are a multiple of lovely value for money FRIENDLY places to stay in Catania. FREE FLAT is one and Statuzzi another but were booked for my dates. strongly suggest avoiding. The girl has real issues. I spent the whole of August in Catanis area and have been there five times this year as I have long standing friends. Their loss.

: very friendly stuff and good central location
: 4 rooms out of 6 of the guest house have a yard view- its dark and non-comfortable. often smells after the kitchen ventilation with all this kitchen stuff and canalisation- not fresh air at all.the stairs to the guest hose are veryyy steep and no elevator- i would say there are 80 steps at least with the luggage it is disaster. bath room very old and needs modern refreshment.the place is overpriced, only location os perfect.
