  : We got upgraded to a gold room - very spacious with out-there furnishings and a big comfy bed. Room was superb. Hotel was a bit dead on the night with close restaurant and only the terrace bar open. Breakfast OK but the headline was the comfy room.

  : The hotel is well located and in walking distance of many restaurants. The rooms are spacious , comfortable and the decor is modern. The staff are very helpful and drinks served by Antonio in the roof top garden was a lovely way to start the evening.

  : we only stayed one night after a late flight arrival and the hotel was adequate for our needs in the centre of town ,the hotel offered luggage storage which made it possible for us to see the sights in the area ,

  : The room, 210, was classed by the hotel as a Superior Room. It wasnt since it comprised a small footprint (with the bed but no storage or room guidance), and a vertiginous poorly lit staircase to a separate floor where the bathroom and wardrobe was, (assuming that two full suitcases could be navigated up the stairs by a couple in their late 70s). We did not ask for a split level room, and with the poor lighting and lack of handrail, it was perilous when using the bathroom. There was no mention of split level on Booking.coms brochure, and neither was there on the hotel we site. My wife had damaged her right knee and struggled to mount stairs, particularly poorly lit polished stairs without a handrail. We rejected the room as being not fit for purpose and not of merchantable quality, but the reception clerk didnt mention the split level until just before 3pm which (we gathered) was when she ended her shift. She said that the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done until the following morning. She offered to have a foldaway childs bed made up on the top floor, with a view to a replacement single level room being provided in the morning. We asked on two occasions to speak with the manager, but were informed that their phone was switched off. The receptionist left and handed the situation to the next shift receptionist. We asked to see and example of the kind of room that was envisaged - by now it being late in the day to source an alternative hotel. The two receptionists were adamant that these could not be shown due to privacy constraints. The second receptionist assured me that the (first) night would not be charged for, however this turned out to be an empty promise. When we returned from our evening meal, in a local restaurant, around 20:45, the electronic key did not open the door to the room. I left my poorly wife leaning against the door and secured a manual key for the door, and an engineer. Not good

  : Room was comfortable if a little dated. The shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom the first time we used it - thankfully the front desk staff arranged to fix the issue while we were out for dinner. Staff were very friendly.
