  : Location was great, big room, nice bathroom.
  : No milk for our coffee. We were warned about 4 flights of stairs, but actually were 6 flights because you went downstairs first then up. I thought the room was expensive compared to everywhere else we stayed in Italy.

  : We loved the central location and ease of access to the building and room. The room was spacious and atmospheric. .
  : The only disadvantage was the heat inside the room impacted by a small window and thus limited air flow. There was a small standing fan which was helpful. A ceiling fan or A/C may assist the comfort of future guests.

  : The location is fantastic - right in the midst of the old town. We appreciated the ambiance of the Guesthouse. We were on the top floor and had skylights and no windows - so we appreciated the A/C and mechanical blinds. It was great to have a coffee machine and pods.
  : We were unable to open the skylights for fresh air. It would have been great to have had milk for a morning coffee.

  : Great location, right in the heart of the city. 5mins walking distance from Walther-Platz.The company offers basement parking at Walther-Platz Garage at a reduced price (20 for 24hrs).The fridge (although quite noisy at night), the coffee maker and water kettle including cups and glasses came in quite convienent, although there was only the bathroom sink to clean the dishes in.
  : Bathroom was run down and not properly cleaned, i.e. the shower head was barely functioning, the toilet was partly stained after check-in.The beds were run down as well, leaving the mattresses saggy and uncomfortable.As there was only one small window it got quite warm and stuffy at nicht, which the small electric fan didnt change.

  : In the center of everything. Very nice location. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay as we used it for a launch pad to the Dolomites.
  : The air conditioning struggled to keep the room fresh. Our room was just under the roof and it was very hot when we went. Also, the stairs are a bit daunting. Especially when you can't find the light button. At the very least, it should be better lighted.
