  : The hotel gave me a Sdtirol card and it was super awesome!! Free ride for the bus from Bozen to Seceda Cable Car, free musuem entrance to see tzi, free regional trains to explore beyond Bozen. The location is really central! No staff on site which might not be everyones preference but staff were highly responsive through WhatsApp and made sure I had everything I needed.Very clean and there was a very pleasant smell in the room. Had towels, shower gels, coffee capsules and a map. The shared bathroom is very clean and the kitchen was nice and well equipped but I didnt get to use except the fridge. Wanted to give a 7.5 for overall hotel amenities and hardware but the guesthouse deserves a 9 when it comes to service and hospitality!! Danke / Grazie :)
  : Many staircases, not nice for people with bulky luggage and accessibility needs. Even as a young person I found the staircase leading to the 4th floor a bit steep. Possible to leave your luggage at the guesthouse but no designated room for it. would be great if cabinets or lockers were available.

  : Not clean. Linens and room dirty and not set up. common bathroom unclean, dusty towel racks, dirty floor towel, spider webs on ceiling.

  : Loved the location and facilities, very clean and nice easy keyless entry.
  : No curtains on windows so very bright at night, noisy as my room was just above a restaurant.

  : Nice and clean, comfortable beds.
  : Hard to find. Downstairs there is a coffeehouse and the proprietor had completely blocked off the area around the door which even at the best of times would be really hard to see. NO SIGNS, When I communicated with Konstantin about checking in, more info about how to actually find the place would have been really helpful Instead we were two elderly tourists wandering around the old city in the middle of a city-wide rock concert! Dragging suitcases and not at all clear about how to get there Street signs are hard to find. Then lifting suitcases up 3 floors is hard too. Price is about double what you expect for shared bathroom.
