  : Andrea, our host, was extremely helpful, patient and kind. He stayed out late to meet us as we were delayed on our way in and made sure we were settled. Parking isn't free Or cheap in Bolzano so It was great to pay less for a parking space that he offered where the car was protected Behind a gate.I saw mixed reviews before coming and must admit I was a little apprehensive with what to expect in terms of cleanness and service. But when we arrived, the apartment was spotless, the bathroom is very nice and had plenty of towels, toilet paper and hand soap. The bedrooms had spare bedding too and the mattresses were clean and comfortable.I think real efforts have been made in response to the mixed reviews; keep it up! For the price, I was very happy with it.
  : The only downside is when you go in summer, it does get a little warm and there was one fan for the sofa bed but no fan for the Bedroom.So I would say a second fan would be all that was missing! Air con of course would have been perfect but I understand that its expensive to install. As a long term purchase though, if they put air con in, this place would get 10/10 across the board.

  : Only good thing we found was location.
  : The sofa bed was old and dirty. My kids couldn’t sleep there. There were no soaps, no shampoo, no dishwashing soap. The towels were very old and worn. I found dirty dishes kept in the cabinets as clean. The smell in the apartment was not good. The floor and sofa weren’t cleaned, there were visible crumbs everywhere. The pictures are very outdated.
