  : The spaciousness of the apartment and the location near the city centre.
  : There was no bathtub although the advertisement stated there was.

  : Spacious apartment in a convenient location, quiet, close to the centre of town.
  : Many things lacking. There was an oven, but no oven mitts or anything to enable you to remove something hot. Unlike any other apartment weve stated in during the past 5 weeks in Italy, there were no staples: no coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar nothing. This is not appreciated when you are travelling by bicycle as we were. Also, there was a clothesline but no clothespins, which are important when the clothesline is on the outside of the balcony two floors up.

  : Beautiful space, with plenty of room and sleeping options. The sofa bed was actually really comfortable as was the bed. Wonderful location only a few minutes from the bus, train and cable car.

  : Excellent guidance to get into the apartment, beds comfortable, clean and the location was amazing
  : The bathroom was very nice only the shower a little cramped.

  : No access to lift despite lift is there, Fridge was not working and took 24 hours to resolve, No light in only washroom and took 24 hours to get resolved, very hot inside and only one fan in whole apartment, big mosquitoes tend to come in if you open the windows, least courteous attitude
