  : It had refrigirator, coffee machine, microwave. The bed was very comfortable with nice clean sheets, the bathroom big and nice. They've made it cozy.
  : There is no air conditioner. In this time of the year, a person can't catch his breath because of the warmth and moisture in the air in Italy even during the night almost nothing changes. Not even when the windows are wide open... Nothing. They had only a fan which didn't make it better. We slept for 2 hours during the whole night while tooking cold showers.It also wasn't very clean - the floor and the shower weren't cleaned properly and it was a bit dirty. The towels were old but still - clean.

  : The staff was very welcoming! We had a room on the top floor, which was very clean and had an AC. Towels, shampoo, even complimentary coffee and water were provided. The room we stayed was very cute and well furnished. In terms of location, there's a bus stop right next to the building taking you to the city center in about 15 min.
  : The AC broke the first night we were there and without it, we were boiling all through the night. It was impossible to sleep in the heat.

  : The staff was unprofessional and rude. I asked the woman in the reception to make me invoice as my trip was for work and I had asked it before I booked but she refused

  : Lady was very nice, however she didnt speak the word in English. Theres a bus stop just outside of the apartment, so its easy to get anywhere. She brought us an iron when we asked.
  : The apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator, the bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress was falling down during the night. Pillows were really flat. No hot water unless you learn how to master the shower. They didnt answer any of our messages from the start.Its really loud during the night because of the street noice. No A/C so I dont think Its good coming here during the summer since it tends to get really hot.

  : There was very warm water all the time.
  : The hostess does not speak English, so be prepared to have alternative ways of communicating. Initially she responded in writing that I can check in after 12, while on the day of my arrival she told me I could check in after 13:00. This made a big difference as it was the day of my arrival and I wanted to leave my stuff in the room, so I had to change plans last minute, and wait a big longer.There was extreme humidity in the whole building and inside the room, and a strong smell because of the humidity. There was no heating and no air condition with hot air. After we requested an individual heater, she responded that there is central heating, but we haven't witnessed the heating working during our stay. This made the humidity worse, since it was also a rainy weakened.The bathroom did not have a stoper in the shower.The walls were thin and we had a neighbour staying next to us in the same house but in a different room. The door was a simple door( not a safety door) and it did not feel very safe.Overall, I picked this house because of the cheap price and positive critics. However, I was quite disappointed with the humidity which created a bad climate for a good sleep.The bed was also very squeaky, and made noise whenever you would slightly move.
