  : The staff was great, always checking to see if everything was ok and if we needed any help getting around. The rooms were pretty good, clean, with USB chargers (which are great) and with a lot of counter space in both room and bathroom. It had good storage space and safety lock box. We had a problem with our pillows being too stiff, and the staff was so considerate and nice that they comped us all of our breakfasts, so that was definitely amazing for us. Breakfast was pretty good with all the essentials from fruit and yogurt to charcuterie, cheeses, bread, eggs and coffee. Highlight was the aceto balsamico (balsamic vinegar) they had, it was top notch best brand in the world.
  : The pillows were too stiff and hard, I would've preferred them to be made out of down since it is a 4 star hotel. The sink in the bathroom appeared to be loose from the wall, but it did not generate any problems while using it. Location was not ideal since it was a 20 minute to the train station and 30 min to the city center. There are not a whole lot of restaurants near by and not a whole lot of liveliness around. Location was safe, we didn't have any problems, but we did have to cross some sketchy streets and people to get to the city center. Best thing to do is to catch the bus which is 5-10 min walking.

  : Location is great if you're traveling to Bologna by car - No traffic, easy access and just a short bus ride away from the city center.Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was really good.Staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Not the hotel fault, but a pipe broke in the neighborhood on the day of our check-out and there was no running water in the hotel. They still were very helpful in the chaotic situation and refunded us for one night which was more than we could ask for.

  : Superb service - really friendly - good price point! The room was excellent - my only reason for not giving the lighting top mark was that the system was a little complicated .. too many hidden switches.
