  : Bed uncomfortable and smelled bad, whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, no staff on location to monitor other guests from not smoking, no wifi and when I texted asking host how to fix it she didn't answer until the next morning and just said maybe it's broken, even though I asked her what I can do to fix it and she didn't respond to that. Super duper expensive for the value. No shower curtain, water didn't get hot in the stand up shower, and the hand sanitizer literally shot into my eyeball to thank me for my stay when I left and I had to flush it in the sink for like 30 mins. Also checkout is way too early -- 10 am? Which Italians are awake and out the door by 10 am? Not them. The owners don't arrive until later....

  : The pungent smell of smoke and dust. Extremely dirty. The toilet wasnt attacked to the floor. All the plants on the balcony were long dead. I only once saw staff there for maybe 30 sec.

  : We paid 420 non-refundable for a shameful establishment, dark, without the necessary equipment (fridge, crockery), too small for three people, a single bed too small, I do not recommend this establishment at all, which is a pure scam given the price and seen all the holiday accommodations that I have already visited (more than ten)The reception, nothing planned, we rang the bell when we arrived to the owner who was not present, and when we arrived we had a person at the reception who did not speak English, but only Italian who absolutely did not understand us notThe "free breakfast" consisted of packet croissants and chocolate cakes despite the stifling heat which did not allow them to be eaten since it was over 30C in the room. The coffee pods were swollen and didn't make you want to use themWe received a message from the owner one morning because she thought we had had a party when the noise was coming from the surrounding accommodationThe size of the apartment 15m for 3 people, fortunately we only slept and almost never stayed because we could not have done anything with the heat and the space availableThere was a single bed in the same room in addition to the double bed, there was no cover, only a sheet to put on it and it was torn...The fridge was tiny for the whole hallway and was right in the middle of the hallway so it wasn't secure, and it was too small for the 3 or 4 rooms that were down the hallwayAround the radiator there was a broken board, luckily we noticed it directly so as not to be charged (photo)There were not enough dishes for three peopleThe shower was clogged, the toilet was rickety and dirty when we arrivedThe owner "offered" to reduce the price of the tourist tax (to 20 instead of 36) and to "cancel" our reservation like if we never came I guess...
