  : Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect location and easy parking. Overall, Bergamo is a lovely place.
  : The main bedroom could use a little more airing before our arrival. Noise from the street (mentioned by several other reviews) was not an issue.

  : As a frequent traveller with 40 countries visited and hundreds of hotels I can't remember anything such horrible. Prior to our arrival we got the message from the accommodation with the instructions, and also the information " kitchen and dishes are delivered perfectly clean and put in their place and so will have to be returned, any cleaning or non-relocation nor carried out may result in an extra charge 25eur" or " if the card/badge is not left on the shelf at check out, we will be forced to charge 10eur". No one before ever tried to threaten us as quests for such banalities. After our arrival we realised that the baby bed/crib is damaged, as we have folding travel baby bed/crib at home and we know the principle, we tried fix it...unfortunately unsuccessfully...the bed is broken. So we decided that our son will sleep with my wife in the large bed, and I will sleep in the single bed in the another room. I was shocked when I realised that the bed lining is not changed (hairs, dirt), so I wrote via booking chat to the owner, and the answer shocked me: "In reality, the single bed should not have been prepared because there are only 2 of you" . So they made the bed which had not changed bed linings !!! How could you trust them that they change others? or towels? Apartment is just couple metres from the noisy road, so it is almost impossible to sleep well, everything is dirty, mold everywhere in the bathroom, the kitchen is in horrible condition, the electric kettle has never been descaled, the coffee machine is dirty, the coffee is looking disgusting, we didn't find any cutlery - no forks, spoons or knives. Overall very, very bad feeling from the accommodation, nothing was clean, everything was stinky, old or damaged, the only moment of happiness was when leaving. Never again. This accommodation should be removed from the booking website.
