  : Problems: Shower box very small, making temperature control difficult. There is no way to move and the water may come out too hot. There is no air conditioning . There is no elevator Expensive hotel ,but the location and kindness of the staff justify it.

  : The hotel is ideally located in the Old city. The staff were very accommodating allowing us to check in early and also in their recommendations of places to seem .

  : The location of the hotel is absolutely great - right in the middle of Citta Alta. The young lady at the reception(unfortunately did not catch her name) gave us an exceptional welcome, and saw to all our needs - booked a taxi to the airport, ensured we had a breakfast to go and showed us around. The building has a medieval charm, and the rooms were quiet at night. Everything was clean.
  : The room with a matrimonial bed was spacious, but the room with 2 separate beds was very small. The beds were really uncomfortable, with a kind of a spongy mattress. Better for the matrimonial bed, much worse for the separate ones. But the biggest issue were the bathrooms - very, very cramped, and with a kind of a sliding door, that was hard to open from inside. Also would not recommend the hotel if you have problems with mobility - there is no elevator, and a lot of stairs.

  : The location and historic building itself is wonderful.
  : The hotel room and bathroom are very tiny, dark, not cosy . The breakfast was manifested as a very good one. In fact, it was very modest.
