  : There was pooh on the sofa in the living room. I wasnt sure what it was till I smelt it. I had to throw out my slippers as they got it on it and have a shower. The staff werent too concerted when we reported it. How disgusting is that?

  : The location was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, pubs and everything Galway has to offer.
  : Our room was above the air conditioners for the apartments and was very noisy. The street noise of the cars and crowds kept me awake all night. The bed was uncomfortable.

  : Great location, beautiful view, comfortable couch, spacious, great carpark once we had the key to access it. Friendly and helpful staff.
  : The arrival instructions were insufficient and unclear. It was very difficult to understand where to park when collecting the key, and then where to collect the key from. Suggestion: provide people with a map before they get there, showing them where to park, and where to collect keys from. I had to call up as I had absolutely no idea what I was expected to do and had already circled the area trying to work it out. Given how busy the area is, with no parking clearly available, and with all of the one way streets, it was very stressful. On the apartment, the bathroom door needs to be sanded down as it does not close, and the bed was not comfortable.
