  : The Breakfast was ok, the room was ok, parking lot directly nearby and cheaper than the public parking. Staff was friendly and somehow trying to make efforts.
  : We stayed two nights. Sleeping, but exactly at midnight, the air condition decieded to suddently to run on maximum cooling, maximum blowing. Any setting in the room did not work, I learned that EVERY room is controlled centrally. Even then, after 40min on action (yes, midnight!), no solution. No alternative room available. So we required to stay in a room, freezing cold (at 2am we measured 12C), loud like in a starting airplane because the ventilator was also somehow defect. At least we got offered additional blankets as the staff realized in the middle of the night that it was starting to get freezing cold in the room. Luckily we had some earplugs, but even though we got no real sleep. A technical defect can happen. But then......In the morning we got a new room - same type. Just a simple verbal excuse (!!!). What would you expect as a "guest"? Definetely not being charged the full rate for the worst night I had so far in a so called 4 star hotel. Sorry, this was maximum desastrous and unprofessional. I did not order a night in a loud and noisy fridge!!Yes, everybody was nice and friendly, the change of the room was done in a way as every hotel would do it. You may have luck, we did not. Luck should not be the baseline for a hotel decision. :-( The rate for a night in the original IceHotel in Norway isn´t much more expensive, but less stressfull.

  : Very nice hotel in a lovely spot with gorgeous views
  : I find this hotel too expensive during the season so was delighted to find a good deal in the off season.

  : Place needs an update. No views of harbor from lobby, bar or room. A crane was positioned outside the front door the time we were there.

  : There was an alarm set on the clock that woke us up at 5:50am, it should have been checked by the staff.It was not very clean.
