  : Nothing. I didn’t even sleep in the hotel because upon my arrival I discovered that a- the location wasn’t nice at all. It felt unsafe, and the place looked run down. B- there is a covid test center INSIDE the hotel. Which makes the whole thing feel really unsafe health wise especially for someone like me who has health problems. C- we called the hotel to know where to park since there is no explanation if you arrive in front (it’s an extremely busy street full of cars buses etc you cannot take your time to look around) and no one answered for a long time leaving us in the middle of the road, in our car, blocking traffic. Finally we got to talk to the desk, they told us that first we had to go inside the hotel and PAY for the parking, which is insane for a 220 euro a night hotel. When we went inside they gave us a scribbled map of the entrance of the parking. Very hard to reach. I told them it wasn’t written anywhere that O had to pay for it when I booked and they responded rudely saying that if I had booked directly on their site I would have known. We went to the garage entrance and it took us ages to find it and it was horrible. In front there were at least 20 kids on bikes screaming and almost hitting our car for fun. There were junkies and homeless people near the parking making it feel so unsafe. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. The desk didn’t even bother to call us to ask where we went. The worst experience ever.

  : - noisy room- the rooms could be cleaner - double bed was quite small and too high for my liking- would be nice to have a fridge in the room- total lack of hanging space in the room and bathroom. No place to hang toiletries bag, hand towel and third towel.The 1st room we checked in has a fresh vomit/spill stain that was on the side of the bed and floor, daughter stepped on it and got her socks full wet. Loads of garbage found under the bed (as the bed was easily rolled off). Despite being overbooked, I managed to get us another room for the 4 nights. For a short stay was ok, but 4 nights in this room is a tad bit too uncomfortable I find.

  : After an overnight flight, we were delighted our room was ready. The temp was adjustable and the curtains room-darkening. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Location=20 -- 30 minutes walk to most attractions.
  : The room was tiny and there was nowhere to unpack our bags for the 4-night stay.Family members were in a different wing with not-so-good experience with food smells and no A/C. Recommend asking for front of building with A/C.
