  : No car park on site and the restaurant is closed for two hours between breakfast and lunch so if you decide you want to eat a late breakfast or a early lunch you have to eat outside the hotel. Unless you want alcohol. They serve that from 11am

  : Poor service from the Bar star on the night of the World Cup rugby final- we secured a table a few hours before the match started. 15 min before the game started we had to ask the staff when they are going to switch to the rugby (they werent even aware that it was on- even though in the hotel lobby there was a massive sign saying all rugby games shown in the hotel bar). We had to wait over an hour for food. Some of the ordered food was, eventually was received after numerous times asking where the food is, even though orders where put through at the same time. Our group had to constantly try ask for service to get a drink.The worst, my husband got food poisoning from the chicken wings, so had to spend 30 hours just laying in bed.We booked a taxi service through the hotel and was told it was booked. When our group went down to go meet the booked taxi, we were then told that the taxi hadnt been booked.
