  : Awesome property if you get the huge apartment with sauna in it.Excellent location
  : however the other apartment is super tiny - it’s the difference between a Hilton and an extremely cramped Days Inn.

  : Despite the bar the location was nice and central.
  : We were informed that the reception is open 24/7, when we arrived at 2am to the reception it was closed and was empty, we were forced to look for an alternative and found a pretty good hotel. By the morning I went to the reception for some clarification, when I got there there were no English speaking people and I had to leave to cool my head. When I returned a few hours later I was informed that the hotel does self check in (a critical information that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel).when I tried to cancel my booking I was told it's impossible and additionally had to pay for the night I didn't even spend there. In addition the apartment itself was dirty the shower was broken and the water didn't drain the the hose was leaking to the point that the shower head had completely no pressure in it.Tldr the staff was rude the hotel was dirty and over priced and was located over a bar that worked into the early morning and if you're not a masochist you should avoid this horrible place at any cost.

  : The central heating did not work and the apartment was extremely dirty. I complaint about it and asked for a cleaning service and that they come and have a look at the central heating. They never come in the entire 6 days.. I was suppose to get a cleaning crew every 3rd day which also never came.There are NO breakfast available 'downstairs' as the apartments are all over town this is NOT a so-called 'aparthotel ' When I asked about it she answered with an attitude that this information is given out to people who ask. This is such a FALSE advertised LUXURY apartment as NOTHING looks like the website. Me and my whole family had to stay for the entire time because I could not cancel or move.

  : The location was too good, centrally located with great bars and pubs just at the back, and the Christmas and fashion street just a few steps away.You get whatever u need.But be careful as the bars and pubs are noisy till 4 am in the morning, so if you need a quiet place, this might not be appropriate.
  : The rooms were not clean, kitchen was not at all usable, no spatulas, no proper utensils, nothing.The pictures shown on booking.com was not at all the same as i saw in the apartment. Quite disappointed.I had to message the staff to provide shampoo and oil for the bathroom, which they dont provide at all except for a liquid soap.The bedsheets and pillow covers were not washed also.
