  : Pillows, we asked to have some others and they did arrive the next day.Not cleaning the balcony table or the used coffee tray from day before.Two staff smoking at the entrance one day.

  : Very friendly and young staff, very competent people. The hotel is located a walk away from every major bus stop and 5 minutes from the Basilica of Saint Stephan. Very complete breakfast with lots of choices and good daily cleaning.
  : The carpeted foods are awful and it was just making everyone stuffy and sneezy. The bathtub shower is also not a good idea as it takes space for no reason and the door doesnt even slide closed, it swings around.

  : The location of the hotel is perfect. It is on the Pest side. There is a metro and tram stop like 300m away from the hotel from where you can get a ride to anywhere you want. There is a supermarket and a lot of restaurants nearby.The personal were really helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the debit card payment and the communication with the hotel staff was really good and matter got solved in the end. The manager as well as the staff have been really helpful in clearing out things smoothly.
  : The breakfast is okay. However, I feel like there should be more vegetarian/vegan options. The room was quite small for three people. The bathroom was also quite small. There were some small flecks on the tub as well as the wash basin. They appeared even after room service was done. So we figured it could be because of some plumbing problem. The bed was not so cozy and a bit on the hard side to be honest.

  : Room size was good. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great! Perfect location with great access to metro.
  : We ended up with a handicap room and the shower water ended up all across the bathroom floor after each shower. Also there were no towel racks near the shower so we had to walk across the room to get a towel.
