  : The tourist attractions are not at walking distance, but are easily accessible by public transport.

  : David is very welcoming, always in touch and ready to help anytime, speaks brilliant English, just wonderful host! The apartment is comfortable, eqipped with everything you may need including fast internet, heating (the gas heater is not very intuitive in using, but I managed :), WASHING MACHINE, toaster, hairdryer, and for example board games. Well accessable with public transport (tram station just near the building, metro station in 5 mins, and the Keleti railway station in 10) and located on the ground floor, so getting here is easy with whatever heavy stuff :)
  : The neighbourhood is not very pleasant, quite noisy and exactly not the place where you'd want to appear in the nighttime unfortunately. And the ground floor with a window to the yard has it's own disadvantages, so you have to keep the curtains closed.

  : The communication with the host David was fluent via whatsapp. The wifi works well, even though we suffered some power cuts during our stay.
  : The apartment has potential but definitely needs some maintenance and it was not clean. The interior of the microwave was extremely dirty, same with the interior of the washing machine. We personally had to clean all the bacterias in the soup compartment before cleaning our clothes. There is a very old gas stove which didn't seem very safe. The plates didn't seem clean at all either. The light bulb of the bathroom didn't work. Lots of things seemed ok on the outside but not when you checked them in depth: Some of the cleaning products in the house were empty or expired; there was a soup box for the washing machine but empty on the inside; the emergency aid kit only have a few band aids. You'll also receive food left from previous guests (which I personally don't like it, but I can guess that can appreciated by other guests). The location wasn't the best, lots of drunk people in the streets and even though it is direct, it is not very close to the city center.

  : Very good value for what you get. Especially if you're 4 people. Everything you need is available. All kitchen supplies. Washing machine. There's a big cheap grocery store nearby. Heating was good. TV is available, and coffee and soaps and some spices and condiments. Very nice accommodating hosts allowed for earlier checking and later check out of course if possible.
  : It is a bit away from center but that wasn't a surprise, I knew it. The stairs to the bed loft is a little narrow so if you are older and have problems with agility it may not be the best, but there is a futon downstairs too. You do need to meet host to get the keys, which includes a key fob to enter the main apartment entrance, but it wasn't a problem.
