  : They cleaned the room daily. They offered us breakfast boxes because we were leaving really early to catch our flight back home. They werw polite and helpful.The room was big.
  : Breakfast could have more variety. It was the same every day.

  : The location with regard to the city is nice, there is an entry to the metro system very nearby and the styling of the hotel is refreshingly different. There was no noise from outside or the neighboring rooms, so it was very quiet indeed. The waffles at breakfast were a nice change from the norm. And finally the staff at the front desk were very helpful, kind and deserve a bonus.
  : A few things, sadly. - The first was that the A/C was unable to keep up with the heat, even with the curtains closed all day. - The second was that the towels are stored in a rack above the toilet. This is optimistic since the rack is too small. - The third was that the shower is built in such a way that the sink and floor get soaked. A shower curtain would fix this issue. - The fourth issue.. The parking situation was difficult to say the least. The parking garage is owned by a different company and is around the corner but they only let you in when you can show a hotel room cardkey. And even then they are reluctant. The hotel is situated at a very, very, busy street. So when you arrive you can't park the car in the garage but you also can't park the car in a temporary spot near the hotel. You could probably put your car on the sidewalk but I would not recommend that at all. The phone number on Booking.com directs to a generic Ibis customer service instead of the local front desk and trying to get through the menu and getting to speak somebody that can help is no fun at all when a garage owner who doesn't speak a word of English and would not accept our Booking.com print-out as a sign that we might actually be staying at the Hotel that is renting his parking space is getting irritated. I suggested just paying for a parking space for an hour or so like a regular visitor so that i could go check-in and get a card but he just got angry. The staff understood the difficulty. They even said this happened all the time. They did everything they could so that I was able to park the car before even checking in, including giving me a blank room key so that I could run back and continue arguing with the garage owner. In the end the garage owner agreed that I did have a room key and that I must be a hotel guest and he let us in.

  : Nice design of rooms and the rest is on good level as for Ibis Styles. Staff help us to organise a small surprise for my gf in the room. Location is in good place. Parking for guests is paid and be careful with a big cars because parking in underground and not to much space. Close to hotel a lot of electric scooters and bycicles for rent.
