  : There are a lot of problems with the application, the application is not finalized, and in order to check in, people have to stand and fill out an online form! I think this is bad!

  : The location was good, and and staff was very helpful when checking in. Very good service the also held our bags for a few hours on the check out date.
  : The downside was room doesn't have windows, the apt is humid inside, and the bathroom shower head was broken so you have to hold the hose and shower. Water was leaking out into the bathroom as well, from the shower I believe. It's hard to get in at first, they need a document with photos showing how to get in and where the lock box is, etc.. Its over priced for the fact its such a basic room.

  : Due to some technicalities we got our room at Omega Guesthouse, the "sister" property. I totally considered this as an upgrade, it's closer to the metro and tram stops. The room was big, although the bathroom was tiny. Street noise can be an issue.
  : The bathroom is a bit too small. Street noise can be an issue. And guys, can you please put more than cutlery in the tiny kitchen? Would be nice to have some salt, vinegar... too :)

  : Pizza place near apartment, thats it.
  : The floor was divided in 5 apartments, and each wall was made from cardboard walls. Walls were so thin, that we could hear someone snoring from the "apartment" next door. Windows were so thin, that you could hear ambulance(or police) every 5 minutes passing by with the sirens on. Sleep was not optional at all. Unfortunetelly, we left in the middle of the night and went home. Hosts did not wont to issue any compensation for wasted time, but the Booking support did. This is my first time unfortunetelly, after using Booking.com for so long, that I had a bad stay somewhere. Location is not 500m from the town centre, reality is its 2.5km. Beds were dirty, but I did not mind that, I just wanted a place for us to sleep. Sleep was not possible because constant interuptions of, vehicles on the street, people opening and closing doors in the hallway, and thin walls where you can hear everything.
