  : Budget accommodation for a short stay. The place has everything you may need for a budget stay - comfy bed, own bathroom, bedroom, coat hangers, enough electric plugs, wifi. The staff were incredibly kind when solving a few extra requests of mine. If you want to be close to the VIII and VII districts, it's a nice choice.
  : A window could not be closed and there was no view. Some guests can be loud at night as many backpackers and partiers can stay over at this hotel.

  : We managed to stay here after their neighbors with whom we had the reservation left us in the street because they canceled the reservation. We had to find something in the area because we had already paid for the parking for two days. We booked at Deniz a room with a double bed but we got upgrade for free to a room in Mellisa apartment's (same owner) which had included a fully equipped kitchen! Everything else was ok, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, iron, everything available.
  : Negative points (only from our point of view): being a room with two separate beds, we opted to join them... after moving them next to each other, we discovered a lot of dust under the bed and behind the nightstands, I think they they weren't moved too often. The room was dark because the only window was towards a tall building. Another negative point was the noise (garbage truck every day at 7 in the morning, construction site near the window and on the ground floor of the building). If you come by car, you will have to pay for an underground parking lot (approx. HUF 4800 per day). The area is not really the greatest, a bit of a mess compared to the center, the smell of urine in all the gangs, dubious persons especially on the subway sations.

  : low temperature in room, heating simply not working, 10eur cash deposit required for card - funny requirement, no water boiler They answered my review with arrogant, teacher syndrome style - better would be to invest time into cleaning and fixing their heating. -1pts
