  : Amazing staff! They were very responsive before and during our stay. The room was spacious and the location was great (close to a tram stop and the sights to see). Heating function worked great and the bed was very comfortable.
  : The shower was in the middle of the main room (opposed to having a door to close). This was pictured and we were expecting it. However the shower door didn't fully close all the way which made the carpet damp.

  : Very good location, the young lady was very helpful and speaking good English. Due to our mistake we had a complexity but she helped during the process. The landscape is amazing. The room was clean. Everything was as described. The shower is in the room, but it is not a issue as we already saw it in the picture before we booked.
  : All is good. However in the reviews we saw that we could leave our suitcase after checkout to travel the city without our bags. In the morning there was a old lady (not speaking very good English) and we asked if we can leave our suitcase. She said yes, we could leave close to the entrance of the door. We asked okay, but if it is safe or not. She said no, it is not safe. Due to the answer we had to take our suitcases and travelled in the city with the bag.

  : The room was cosy and had an elegant ambience. Comfy armchairs.
  : There was a water cooker but no tea. There could have been some kind of creamer for the coffee.What we did not like:The small details such as damaged corners that are patched up sloppily. The blinds that cannot go all the way down so that there was too much light and noise in the room. The airco that does not really work. The pillows were very hard and high, the bed too soft for my liking, but this is a question of personal taste.

  : Great Location. Tram stop just outside connecting you to all the main attractions within 10mins. Incredible view for the reasonable price you pay. The staff were quick to respond, when asked a question as well as friendly.
  : Only minor downside is their clothing iron wasnt the best.

  : Staff were super super lovely and very helpful! Location couldn't have been better, we have everything we needed on the door step, from shops to restaurants to attractions and more!! Couldn't ask for a better hotel. The deluxe room is also stunning with a stunning view!
  : I could hear the people at reception very well so that means they could hear everything me and my partner were talking about. I think that's just how the building is though! Needs more hanging space for clothes on the walls.
