  : The layout of our hotel room was perfect. There was a twin bed for each child in a room separate from our room with our queen bed. It was also nice to have a balcony to hang wet bathing suits and sit out on. The beds were comfortable. The A/C was so-so, but the staff worked very hard to try to make it better for us. The hotel was very clean and stylish. I was up early to run a couple mornings and saw staff all over the property cleaning every single inch of the grounds. It was very impressive. We had lots of fun doing the water aerobics that were offered free at one of the pools each day. Also enjoyed music concerts at the Valamar sister resort next door. Found the Valamar app helpful for seeing all the events going on - as this was our first stay at a Valamar resort. It took awhile to drive to the remote location, but it was totally worth it. We had stunning views and loved just hanging out at the pool everyday. It was nice to have the option to go down to the beach as well. This was our first time staying at an all inclusive resort, so we enjoyed the ease of knowing where we were eating every day.
  : There was a lot of variety at the all inclusive buffet for the meals, but the quality of the food wasn't always the best. You could tell that there were several dishes that were likely made out of leftovers from prior meal services. We were always able to find something to eat, but I was not overly impressed by the food.
