  : Just come with your children and let the hotel take care of the rest: everything is well adapted to enhance parents' relaxation and children's fun. Very thoughful, considerate and accommodating staff. Great facilities well adapted to children (play areas, pools, decorations, practical change rooms, quality children oriented material/tools/furniture, etc.). Nice room, thoughfully adapted to accomodate children of different ages, very practical and functionnal, modern and comfy, with great views. Good quality buffet, good selection of meals and variety for the whole family. Lots of activities available for both children who want to play and exhausted parents who want to take a break (SPA and child care to the rescue among others).
  : Unexpectedly in regards to the class of the hotel, the bed sheets were not adequate (too short for the bed size on the sides) and the bed bottom itself was broken in the middle and badly repaired with a wedge (which broke as soon as we sat on the bed, but was similarly repaired later by the handyman so we weren't completely reassured). One shard of plastic found in the food relatively quickly taken care of by the staff.

  : The place was very nice and good especialy for family with children! The sea had really nice water (clean and blue). The city or central of Rabac was close and it was nice walk, also you could go by small train. Massage near the beach was excelent!!
  : By the high price you have lot of expectation, because you have lots of great photos of this hotel on Booking, but in reall it is separates for lot parts and you can't use eveything. I understand they have separate part for adults only, but we was on holiday with our grandmother and we wanted to be together! We was in family part, but on the photos there is big children room (indoor playground) with toboggan, but it wasn't there and we couldn't visit it, our children was disapointed because they saw it and were looking forward that. Also not each pool you could use. We paied deposit before coming and also when we arrive. Than we paied the price what was remaining and they wanted again the deposit part because they told that when we arrived they just blocked the money and they need it take again. After leaving we find out that they stoped our money twice. It was price for one week for four families so lots of money and they have it blocket for more than week, teriible complications for us.

  : 1. People working there were absolutely lovely, kind, and helpful 2. Location was really beautiful, many accesses to the sea, sun beds with stunning views3. Comfortable beds4. Breakfast and brunch concept is really good - great selection
  : Overall very disappointing experience for more than 360 a night1. Parking is an absolute nightmare. You are not allowed with cars on the huge territory of the hotel so they take you to the parking spot far from hotel where you need to transfer all your luggage in the electric car at the middle of summer heat since check in is at 14:00 and then take you to your accommodation. They park cars very chaotic so chances are you cannot leave when you want to because someone is parked in front of you. MOREOVER, if you want to get something from your car you have to wait until the car will pick you up to take you there. We waited once for 40!!!!! Minutes and then the driver just left forcing us to walk back a distance in the middle of the day with 35 degrees!2. The rooms are a joke too. Huge bed is placed in a tiny space where you struggle to turn around or place your luggage, the ceiling is so low you can touch it with your hand (with height 165 and 175 cm)The bathroom has an absolutely terrible concept - glass doors that do not properly close or isolate the space, so showering meant having the entire floors in flood and visiting bathroom had 0 privacy.3. They claim to be super dog friendly and charge you 30 per day extra for a dog while advertising on a website how they give you some sort of doggie welcome bags etcall we got was a piece of carton warning staff that there is dog in our room. They surely did not forget to charge us though.4. Expensive cocktails made out of cheap replacements. For example, their menu says passion fruit pure, but what you get is an artificial sirup instead
