  : Location was great. Reception super friendly and walked us to the property. Living space very comfortable and homey.
  : Bathrooms left a bit to be desired. Downstairs was very small and a bit dirty and dingy. The upstairs one was modern and clean, but you needed to turn on hot water half an hour before shower so wasn't very practical.

  : We really enjoyed the central location as it was ideal to explore the old town, seconds away from the Jesuit stairs! Apartment was clean and well equipped incl. washing machine, hair dryers and dishwasher.
  : I wouldn't recommend this gorgeous apartment to anyone who struggles with steps or stairs. There are plenty of steps to reach the apartment and then each room is on a separate floor.

  : You need to climb a lot of stairs to the apartment. We were aware that when we made the reservation but did not know it's so hard to carry a bulky luggage. I had an arm muscle fatigue after moving the luggage from the reception to the apartment.

  : Location was excellent - right in the middle of Old Town. Rooms were as photographed. Kitchen had most things we needed. Host was very friendly. Plenty of hot water. Lots of clean towels.
  : It was very cold in the apartment because there was only heating in the kitchen. Probably not usually a problem in this city, but it was in early April. The host provided plenty of blankets, which were all needed. There was construction noise - a lot - our entire stay, starting early in the morning and even going through the weekend. The water was turned off at about 9:30 am without any notice on our last morning there. I think a pipe broke. Obviously this is not an issue most of the time. There wasn't a great deal of light in the apartment, especially the living room. Windows throughout were tiny, and lights were few.

  : The location was great! The townhouse was perfect- in fact larger than we needed! Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a 1/2 bath on main floor. The living room was great to use after a full day of sight seeing. The stairs were not an issue for us, but I would say if you have lots of heavy luggage or issues with stairs, this may not be the place for you. Each room was on a separate floor and the stairs are narrow and a bit steep; however the stairwell has good lighting!
  : Upon arrival we had to go to pick up keys at a restaurant. We were greeted nicely and asked if we wanted to sit and have a drink on the house while we waited for host. This was a very nice gesture, however after traveling for 17 hours, I would have preferred to be given the keys and then walked to our place! The host did arrive and was very kind, however he did not walk us to our place, but did give us directions. Honestly, I am not sure why we even had to go to the restaurant, since he did not take us to our place?! Not a deal breaker, but just something to be aware of....if you are tired, just get the keys and go to the place on your own, since that is what you will be doing even when the host arrives.

  : Location was great. The house was a lovely quirky house with good facilities.
  : One of the showers leaked, one toilet took an age to fill up.

  : It was spacious rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, and value for money offer.
  : There are some ants in basically all rooms. I witnessed a few dead bugs in the floors.Some glassess and plates were stored in the kitchen however some of them were dirty, not washed enough (i.e., lipstick stain on wine glass, oil-stained beer glass, etc.).Only cold water was available in the showerroom at 3rd floor.

  : The location within the walled city is great, in spite of the great many steps to the apartment and within the four floors of the apartment.Comfortable living areas, arranged for conversation.
  : Supplies were minimal. Two glasses for three people, but plenty of cups Greatest concern was that the top sheet and blanket on the queen-size bed was for a single-size mattress.
