  : The floor boards allowed way too much noise from rooms above. Complained and no response. Every night we were kept awake until at least 0300. Something needs to be done to better soundproof property.

  : Upstairs room was not sound proofed on their floor/our ceiling and must have had wooden floors as well as we could hear everything they said and did ( yes everything!)

  : Beautifully decorated and clean. We were in room 1 with the terrace which was lovely to sit out for a drink or two and very peaceful and relaxing, no view but that didnt bother us. Bed was big and comfortable. The tv had Netflix so we just logged into our own account by using the QR code that appeared on screen. Really easy to use. Location was excellent, could not fault that. Air con was great too. We were met on the stairs approaching the property even though we were a good few hours ahead of check in so that was excellent.
  : We didnt want to use the kettle in the room as inside had white bits floating in it so wasnt sure how clean it was. The safe didnt seem very secure and tbh it wasnt secured in so if someone did get in the room they could just lift and take the whole safe. The rugs at either side of the bed were a bit shabby and could do with being replaced. Dont think that type of material is hard wearing enough for a rental property. There was a smell that would come and go and tbh it was the drains and I found that from time to time outwith the property throughout Old Town. Bed could do with extra pillows. Lots of cushions but a couple more pillows for sleeping would be good. And lastly, you do hear the people in the room upstairs moving about (and some other more personal sounds!) but its an old building so doesnt have the soundproofing of newer properties. And beware there are a lot of stairs, but Old Town is all cobbled streets and stairs so you need strong legs and knees! For arriving Id recommend getting dropped off at the Pile Gate and not Plates Gate. Much less stairs.

  : The location in the old town was fantastic. The rooms had been very sympathetically renovated and were extremely clean and comfortable. Everything catered for to suit a short (4 day) break.
  : Unfortunately there was a mix up with our booking and we were not allocated the room we had booked. Our arrival was late at night, but we contacted the owners who were extremely apologetic and we were moved to the correct room first thing the next day with no problem.

  : Great way to experience staying within the walls of Old Town Dubrovnik. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Close to everything! Very accommodating host.
  : Old Town is a no car/vehicle zone. It is a 5 minute walk on cobblestones and many steps to reach this apartment from the city gate. The many stairs maybe needs to be shown with photos. There is also a set of steep stairs within the apartment to reach bathroom on upper level. Guests with mobility issues need to be aware of this. Those with a lot of luggage can hire another company to deliver/pick-up using a hand cart.
