  : Close to the city walls and nice clean rooms
  : We loved this place except for the lack of parking. I read the reviews that some folks got free parking but for whatever the reason we were never offered this. I booked this apartment almost 6 months prior to our travel and inquired about the parking soon after booking, but the host/operator (it seems another 3rd party handles their booking.com requests) wrote me that there is no free parking and to use the parking garage near by. I thought it was going to be around 20/day and reasonable. WRONG!! It was 120/day! You have to get prepaid daily parking ticket to reduce it to 69/day, which is still ridiculously expensive and a detail the host/operator didn't mention either. My husband begged the parking attendant to charge us this rate and got it, but still the over all parking expenses were so outrageous! The traffic is terrible around the area and is long one way street that you have to circle like 20 minutes for one loop. Parking lots do not have clear, large prints of the rates at the gate. It's something the host/operator should/can clearly help before arrival, but did not happen. Although our stay was good otherwise, I would have reconsidered my booking had I know all this.

  : Two rooms and close to the Old Town walls. Quiet and chill during the night.
  : They didnt make the rooms for the second night. And there was no rubbish bin. Couldve used a few more towels as well.

  : Close to the pile gate of the Old town. Loved that you can see the famous fort and the sea from the window. All the basic amenities were there. Quite spacious.
  : There were only one pillow available per person and they were quite flat. So had trouble falling asleep.

  : Well located close to the old town of Dubrovnik, but also slightly removed from the hustle and bustle around the Pile Gate. The room has a lovely view over the walls of the old town and the ocean beyond.

  : The main positive of the apartment was that it was clean.
  : I did not like the management. First of all we were not contacted prior to our stay to get the hosts contact information or details of our check in process. This is something I received when I stayed at other airbnbs in croatia. At checkin she rushed and I didnt even get a chance to ask her for her contact info. For check out she had previously stated that we can bring our luggage to her anytime. We went before 10am and knocked on her door she was clearly not home. Even some locals tried to help us and said this is not a new problem. Eventually 2 hours later she called us and said for us to come back. Either way she didnt say sorry and denied she was not home.

  : Have to climb more than 200 steps with your luggage if you are dropped by bus or taxi at drop off point at Pile gate. Arrange for drop off in front of property on upper road.

  : The property location was good and close to the old town but the owner is terrible. The ad had free parking in the description and when I arrived at the place I parking at the front. Somebody met us, apparently not the owner and she didnt speak English. I asked her if it was okay to park there and she said yes yes park. Before the second night, my car was towed. The owner took no responsibility whatsoever and did not make an effort to talk to me or anything. She did message me and said parking was taken off the ad about 2 years ago but after I took the screenshot and showed her where it said free parking on her ad, I only heard crickets.
  : That the owner lied about free parking. Also the apartment was soooo small, to sit on the toilet your head will hit the wall in front of you. Im a 511 guy that weighs 180lbs so Im not overweight.

  : The location is really convenient, just 10 minutes walking (downstairs) to the old town. Also an amazing view
  : The apartment is near a busy street so, even if it's really well isolated, you can hear cars and people during the night.
