  : Great location if you have a car. Everything is a few minutes away.
  : Facilities are a little bit outdated and you can hear everything in your room. There is no soundproofing in the doors so we could hear everything happening outside. Parking is available but there is not enough spaces. You need to park on a road if you arrive late.

  : Great hotel! Staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms where nice as well as the breakfast. One evening we joined an "pub quiz" at the hotel bar and it was a lot of fun! Would stay again, the only thing is that a car is needed but there are enough rentals in the island.
  : Everything was fine.

  : Nice swimming pool and very kind and helpful personnel.
  : The room felt a bit old and badly maintained. It was also humid and noisy. Didnt feel like a 4 star hotel at all. Common areas were also a bit vintage. Pillows were uncomfortable and sheets were too small for the beds. Also, the sheets where repeatedly simply placed on the mattress and not firmly attached under it, and as a result, they moved during the night and we ended up sleeping on the naked mattress (which was also dirty and had red stains) - not very hygienic. Mediocre breakfast.

  : Good size main pool, good kids pool, the view, the reception staff greeted our little boy with a cuddly toy which was nice, pool bar food is good.
  : A lot, do not be fooled this is NOT a 4 star establishment! Asked for a cot for a 6 month old and a bed was in its place, was resolved quite quickly. Cups and kettle but nothing to make brews with tea/coffee nothing. Aircon didn't work in the room. 30 degrees heat and no complimentary water in the room. Was clean but it's been skimmed over that many times the floors were stained by people's feet. Bathroom was awful and in dire need of a refit. Bird poo in the corridor leading to room, the ramp for pram/disabled access was broken halfway down the corridor.States it has vegan breakfast which was one of the reasons my wife booked it, turned out the breakfast consists of shredded carrot, sliced peppers, olives, bread roll, beans and mini hash browns! I also watched one of the servers moving omelettes from one tray to another with their hands so that put an end to my breakfast plans! Asked at the reception who told us there was a separate vegan section this turned out to be fiction!Private beach isn't on the beach it's set back and not on the beach, the beach is owned by the property next to it and charges for loungers etc. 10 euro deposit for a towel that had it's hayday in the 80's, they then had the audacity to check it on return in case of damage, bring your own!

  : Customer service especially when it comes to repairs needs serious improvement.If there was a problem with the room , they wanted the customer to come down - were not bothered to check it at time of reporting. They want to run this huge place on a shoe - string! There were inadequate staff front of house to deal with issues raised by customers! The tv was old and not working. I had to say to the night manager that the tv remote controller possibly needed batteries and to take it down to him at reception for him to change the batteries. He was not interested in checking or at least sending one of the staff to find out the exact problem.Then my toilet appeared not to be working and he asked me what l wanted him to do? To which l asked if he expected me to sleep in a room without a working toilet? My room was changed and l had to tug my heavy luggage to this new room with no help. Then l was told the following day that their engineer found it was working. It turned out it needed more brute force to push the button to work -. So l yanked my luggage back to my room again later on. LookHalf board with no water or juice! Apparently thats a global standard! Staying there was a mistake never to be repeated.
