  : What we did not know and what would have been good to know in advance, is that this is an all inclusive hotel and everything is build around that. This means that all meals are buffet style and although you can pay for one meal at the time, it is not possible to just have one dish like a salad in any of the restaurants. The food is really good so this was not a problem for us but it meant that every meal was a big meal. This variety of drinks however is very limited, especially when it comes to wine. The pool areas are really nice and best suited for older children as the pools have little shade. There were few playgrounds on the premises for younger children. So in my opinion this hotel is best suited for children 8 years+ We had a car and explored the island and went into the old town. The hotel is well located for this. There are a few restaurants in the proximity of the hotel that were very good. The beach at the hotel is very good for snorkeling! But bring bathing shoes as it's quite rockey.

  : Almost everything. Management doesnt even understand potential of this place and using only 10%. Not clean, not stylish, not worth 5 star. 4 stars is most that they can get. Ants everywhere, mould on pool tiles, beach left without attention trashy. At dark period you need to have flashlight in hotels territory , water in pools smells bad 20min line at the main pool bar, 30 min line to get some crepes, irresponsible room cleaning and I continue and continue but with right management and some investment its still hidden gem. With perfect location, hidden beach, perfect layout to create much better hotel.

  : Good swimming pools, you can usually find free sunbeds.
  : The beds in the room are very narrow, the mattresses are terrible. poor toiletries, they didn't bring us shampoo even after we asked. Towels not suitable for a five-star hotel. To say that this hotel has a private beach is a bad joke. Access to the "beach" is difficult and even after reaching the beach, swimming in the sea is very uncomfortable and even dangerous, because the water is full of rocks. To go outside the hotel you need a taxi. The problem is that in the evenings there is always a problem getting a taxi. This caused us at least twice not to get to the restaurants on time.

  : I was excited planned to stay in this hotel, but the reality is when i have my key i have to grab my 13kg suitcase walk from recepotion through the stairs and walk down three floors to get to my room. And when i get there the key can't even open the door and i went back to reception with my anger ask to cancel this damn room and they still charged me for half night priceWhat a great hotel and service
