  : -The view from my hotel room looking straight out onto the sea. -The Hotel is super clean-The swimming pool is semi infinity and very large in size, with jacuzzi and mini water fall.-Hotel is situated in a calm and quiet area-Amazing sunset views-Breakfast brought to your room-Super friendly staff. Martha and Irene are always happy and willing to arrange taxis for you to go anywhere you like, and are both a fountain of knowledge.
  : -Hotel is remote and not close to the public bus route-Shower cubicles need a place to rest your soap and shower gel.

  : The moment we left.
  : Very Misleading and Worst Experience EverOur stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, the pictures on Booking.com are highly deceptive. While the best room pictures are shown for every type, they absolutely do not represent the actual rooms. We were utterly disappointed to find that the advertised "sea view" was not available for our room. Anyone interested in seeing the actual state of the rooms can check our video: https://youtu.be/vdRqUkzcWNc ).The room description mentioned a separate living room and bedroom, but this was far from the truth.To add to our woes, the breakfast was cold, having been left out in the sun for over 30 minutes, exposed to insects and potentially other animals. This is certainly not what we expected from a reputed hotel.The reception was another issue. Though advertised to open at 9 am, it was only available at 9:45 am. We had to ask kitchen staff multiple times to get someone at the reception. During this period, another guest, in a hurry to catch their flight, left their key with us due to the absence of reception staff.When the receptionist (a lady with limited English proficiency) finally arrived, our concerns were met with indifference. She stated, "tourists should not complain, they should be happy that they can be here." When we requested the room we actually booked and paid for, she flatly refused. She also declined to provide any contact information for the local authorities where we could report our grievances. We felt it best to cancel our booking and leave immediately.To our astonishment, after departing, we found out that she falsely reported us for "verbal abuse and inappropriate behaviour" on Booking.com. Given the hotel's misleading advertisements and her unacceptable attitude towards us as paying guests, this was a shocking and slanderous claim. Despite staying for just one night, they refused to refund us for the remaining days.
