  : I booked a presidential suite with private pool and they tried to update my room for better but it wasnt comfortable at all, was hot with an indoor pool, so i insisted for my booked suite and they gave it to us and also I wonder why did they do this trouble(change) to me

  : The view from the bar area was outstanding. The staff were helpful.
  : The hotel was run down. It is a long way from anything. Yes there is a shuttle but it was quite expensive. It was understaffed. Breakfast was very basic and they often ran out of food and were too busy to refill the food trays. Our room was not serviced until we asked at reception to have this done early evening. We paid for a 5 star hotel but it should be rated 3 except for the view and pool which were amazing.

  : The shuttle service was good. Relatively expensive but cheaper than the other options on the island.
  : Aircon didnt work in the most expensive suite they had. We has chosen it as a honeymoon finale to our European holiday which had been delayed during COVID. So this was mean to be a treat. When I complained minimal help was initially given. Finally they moved us to a less expensive room with good aircon. In both rooms the hot water didn't work. Numerous complaints achieved no outcome so we went 3 days without hot water. The second room we were moved to had a leaking sink which they did fix. The whole venue has a feeling that it was once a very good resort, but that the current owner does not invest time in maintaining standards. Even the staff admitted they had suggested the air conditioning needed replacing but to date the owner has taken no action. Yet this was not advised and it was a very expensive room. When requesting a refund we were given a voucher that in turn was a major hassle. Every time we tried to use it the staff didnt know what to do and we had to wait whilst they got help knowing whether they could accept it or not. Finally, as were leaving at 4am on the final morning we went to HUGE lengths to request a take away breakfast. This was promised but never arrived. We did get a knock on the door at 11pm delivering a box for 1 person. The contents were a disgrace given the cost we had paid for the actual breakfast. We could have just helped ourselves the day before. Instead we were given 4 slices of bread with 2 slices of cheese and a piece of fruit. At every level this was a disappointment.

  : The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating ..The view from the pool area is stunning.
  : Our room (403) was a little small for 3 people and we had a limited view of the caldera. Our balcony was also tiny and you couldn't really fit in the chairs as they are hard up against the wall on either side so sitting on our balcony and enjoying our limited view wasn't really an option. While I appreciate the establishment has to " put their best foot forward." as far as advertising goes, the photos were very misleading..At 350 euro a night I would also expect the room to have an iron so that we could iron our clothes..

  : Amazing place, absolutely loved it. Although its not Oia, I would argue that its an even better view, and I dont think youre going to find a cheaper place with an infinity pool. The pool was amazing and plenty of daybeds available with drinks service. The staff were all very friend and helpful. Its conveniently located close to the port if youre coming via ferry, the pick up was easy to arrange. It was also easy to have a quad bike delivered to the hotel for us for further exploration. It only took us about 30 mins to get to Oia from the hotel via quad bike. The room was beautiful and worth every dollar.
  : My only down point was that the shower unit was loose on the wall and would lose water pressure. It was a bit annoying seeing it was the premium suite
