  : Not a 5 stars at all!!! The staff dont work good and make comments about clients. The food was for a 2stars hotel. Ill not come back for sure.

  : I eat KETO, so food was almost every day the same. For those who eat everything - was a lot of food. For my daughter was difficult the japan-chinese dinner - she ate only French fries... Staff was friendly. Swimming pools were clean.
  : Not enought sun beds. They say that they need to keep distances. But then they should accept less guests I had to wake up at 7-8 to hunt a sunbed. At the main pool EVERY day was really busy, no sunbeds. Some guests ,,booked" sunbeds at night and came only at 10-12 to the pool. Official written that it is not allowed to reserve a sunbed with putting a towel on it and leaving, but NOONE does nothing. The water in shower wan yellow as an urine. When we came (me and two kids of 9 and 13), we got a room with 2 single beds, but we booked with 3 single beds. The worker at reception was surprised why I don't like a room... Yes, it is nice to sleep with someone in single bed under single blanket.. So it was changed only in the morning We lost time to have an opportunity to get a sunbed near the main pool. Animation works poor. If you are at other pool, not main - you don't see animation team. Only Vitalis was walking around and with ,,cheap" t-shirts for sell for 20 euro.

  : All-inclusive is quite good and the staff are so hard working to make the guest enjoy the stay. Activities and entertainment is good as the organisers had put so much effort into it to make the guest enjoy the stay.
  : Almost every part of the resort are not working or out of order like most of the slides in the pools. Facilities are poorly maintained which maybe because there are not enough staff to do the enormous jobs that the whole resort needed.

  : Nothing good about it, it was so bad.. there were ants all over the bed like 30 and i have a video, the sheets was dirty and not clean, they didnt clean the Room even though the Towels was placed on the floor, the cleaning Crew stole some of my clothes thankfully i Got it back because i noticed it the reception didnt Care or did anything There was a rat The people in the reception was so rude i have never tried anything like that and i travel 3-5 times a year On my check out day i had check out 11 am and they just walked into my Room 9:30 and woke me up i was in shock!!!!

  : Great value for money! Friendly staff for the most part, good facilities and food was good with lots of variety! Nice resort with good vibes, out of town in a nice quieter location
