  : The location was good with easy transport links to Kos Town - taxi ride was 10 euros to Kos Town.
  : enjoyed our stay - good availability of sun beds - good activities to involve everyone around the pool areas I did feel the three additional eateries could have some improvement - Triton is lovely - the other two seem more cafe based and casual - staff were a little disinterested and seemed keen to close although meal took some time to order.

  : location and swimming facilities. some of the staff where lovely and very helpful.
  : my room was old and tired with a stained carpet, cheap bathroom toiletries, and two twin beds pushed together rather than the double I had requested and had confirmed. the room looked absolutely nothing like the rendered image on my booking confirmation. I was really upset about its condition, and immediately went to request another room but the hotel was full. this whole property is in need of renovation - it looks stuck in the late 80s/early 90s - to bring it up to its claimed 5 star status. it also needs to look at its health and safety measures, whilst I was travelling alone, I had booked this hotel as I was meeting some old school friends, a total of 8 of us. two of us had tripped on small marble steps that were not immediately visible to the eye. one ended up at the medical centre and in a wheelchair for the rest of her stay. this made it difficult to get to her room on the 6th floor given that for 2 days, 2 out of the 3 lifts/elevators where out of order. Im not sure who awards these 5 star accolades but they have got it seriously wrong.

  : The bar staff were incredible. Worked 15 hour days tirelessly, 7 days a week. The hotel is severely understaffed and they were rushed off their but was consistently a joy to speak and lovely. Shout Laia, Christos x2 and Michael.
  : The lack of staff, meant that there were often queues for the bar and the sky bar was not open as a result which one of the main selling points. The entertainment was rubbish and had to ask for the room to be cleaned a couple times. The reception staff were polite and friendly and professional.

  : It was clean, great staff, great food and amazing views.
  : Wifi was the worst. The hotel is very up to date but the room decor is very 80's and could use a major update to match the rest of the hotel. With that being said the room was very comfy and clean.

  : very clean food excellent and lots of choice that changed each night the deserts were excellent and plentiful.
  : The pizza experience which is included 3 times not worth the trouble . We were sat on a had backless bench , took 25 mins to get our drinks and as we were finishing the manaher shouts we are closed ! ! And then the lights went out !! We had not finished and this was because of the slow service ! I wont say nothing else but he was Very RUDE . He needs a lesion in customer service and I will be writing to the hotel owners in detail .The beach bar dont even bother its a clapped out van on wheels and only soft drinks and always flat as out of a gun and the pods littered with fag ends never cleaned out whole stay ! Dont use the sky bar 14 a drink and the same as down stairs and not the correct ingredients .
