  : There are steps to the reception area and no ramp, also we were on the top floor which the lift doesnt go to so had to carry our bags up a further flight of stairs.

  : Everything was wonderful. Great location very close to the centre, nice and helpful staff. The room was big and well equipped. A modern bathroom, comfortable bed and lovely terrace.
  : The floor could be cleaner.

  : The apartments are new & really nice - super comfy bed & pillows, I moved from a 4* all inclusive hotel to these apartments & preferred it! The apartments, beds & towels are cleaned everyday - love this place.
  : The kitchen equipment is too basic - no coffee maker for example or luggage scales on site, but they are new apartments so apparently the owner is building up as she goes & what is provided is good quality & well thought out...I also had a dental emergency the day of check in & asked to change dates - which the owner declined - so I had no choice but to move from my hotel to the apartments in pain or loose my money - which I thought was a little cruel - I also brought a friend who took an apartment - but they refused to give him a good deal & another friend asked to stay in an apartment but again the price quoted by the apartment reception was much more than we could all of got it on booking.com - which again I felt was a little 'penny pinching' considering I brought 2 more clients to them they would not of had - because rhey gave me no choice but to move when I was in pain from dental surgery - seemed more bothered about closing up for winter than rewarding loyalty, which was a small thing really but it sticks in my mind & made the experience a little sqeet & sour instead of all sweet....

  : Lovely apartment a right jewel on the street, parking nearby or almost outside on the same road was always easy to find. Great location near Kos town. Staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly always had a cheerful chat
  : I guess not the property itself some surrounding properties kind of made the area look a little run down, that said work was underway to refurbish these buildings so will assume will look better surrounding in the near future
