  : Bed comfortable, nice beaches nearby, close by mini market, entertainment at hotel was nice and cocktails were very good!!, affordable and good buffet, clean room. Tip: visit Greek Night at the hotel
  : Small shower, for the price we paid we expected to have water in the mini bar, in general it was a bit expensive for what you get.. but Kos is an expensive town.

  : Staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very clean and breakfast was plentiful. Check in and out was easy
  : The location was a little further out to the centre. However a 15-20min walk got you there.

  : A request for fresh towels resulted in staff entering and searching my room for towels (which the cleaner took and didn't bring back) while I was in the shower. Our hand towels and bath mat were removed on day 3 of our stay and never returned fresh ones. Broken and unkempt pool beds were a far cry from the expected standard of comfort and cleanliness. Despite the hotel's claim of changing towels every two days, this commitment wasn't met, with no fresh towels provided on the last day of my stay. A similar disappointment unfolded with the bed sheets. Adding to the letdown, the bartender's demeanour was markedly rude, offering a stark contrast to the hospitality one anticipates. The in-room refrigerator, a basic amenity, was both nonfunctional and connected to a socket falling out of the wall. I put a cold bottle of water into it and it came out warm a couple of hours later. Hygiene concerns were evident, as stains on the room's table were left untouched. The daily cleaning routine disrupted my rest, beginning as early as 8:30 AM. The lack of "do not disturb" signs and a faulty deadbolt lock exacerbated the inconvenience. The breakfast experience was marred by flies swarming around the dining area, raising questions about cleanliness. Additionally, the response from a receptionist to an accidental lockout situation was unhelpful, focusing on blaming me rather than offering assistance. Language barriers became evident through interactions with a receptionist lacking proficiency in English. This hindered basic communication, such as inquiring about a nearby bus stop, necessitating assistance from a local shopkeeper who expressed astonishment at the hotel staff's lack of knowledge.

  : The breakfast was very poor, flies were on landing on the buffet. Went to breakfast across the road at a beach bar. The wifi is also very poor, used my own data when needed.

  : They had a room whilst the island was fully booked, at a reasonable price. Just travelled for work so it suited the purpose.
