  : The hygiene in the hotel is under all criticism, dirty, there is a terrible smell of mold in the rooms, the bathroom and the toilet are in an appalling state. The rooms need to be renovated..

  : Rooms; dated and uncomfortable. Had to move after one night due to leak in our room. Second room better: no leak and didn't smell - but too few beds.

  : Rooms booked were close together - the accommodation was fine for our 1 night stay. The reception was organised for a late check in. Grounds and pool were well maintained.
  : The air conditioner in room 13 was broken and leaked all night long so the other half of our family couldn't sleep. It would have been nice if breakfast was included in this price.

Disappointing

  : We were very disappointed, we traveled with 9 of us with younger children, booked accommodation with breakfast included but when we got there they said breakfast was not included. We end up paying double. We would have got nice accommodation somewhere else with that price with all meals included. We found bed bugs on the sofa bed my son was sleeping as well, my 11-year son has very nice patches all over his body with bed bugs. The place itself was very nice, people are very friendly and helpful though.
  : Please communicate with booking.com or the relevant department - update the site, other people like us want a break from work and want to spend time together with families for happiness. We definitely suffered searching for breakfast places dragging our young children hear and there early in the morning. Breakfast was available at the accommodation site but was expensive and when you have 3 X meals and have to pay for 9 people for 5 days you don't stop thinking about the cost.
