  : Facility not clean. Lights were not working. Swimming pool not hygienic. Swimming pool was semi private. Hotel staff available only until 17:00. no water and food available at location. People need to carry water bottles with them before going to hotel. Bathroom water-out hole blocked

  : The location and views were spectacular, the property had a lovely window seat to enjoy the views from inside.
  : The property is a little tired and the hot tub could of benefited from a cover to keep it warm at night.

  : Spectacular views of the caldera and right in the heart of Imerovigli, with access to the square or other towns by foot, taxi or bus. Service and support was also very accommodating, friendly, helpful and gracious. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms were clean with ample space and simple amenities. Restaurants nearby were delicious.
  : Not for the faint of heart in terms of accessibility, but that applies to the west side of the island and not specific to the property. Staff provide a lot of support in terms of help with luggage and making it a comfortable stay. Port towns have a large volume of tourists, so consider timing of your visit and activities.

  : The balcony door was obviously lot of time not locking properly because of the scratch marks on the frame. In order to secure it closed, and ultimately the room safe, had to push hard and continuously hoping to make it work. Really frustrating
