: The view and room.
: Please read before spending your money here. We arent hard to please but some of these things are just not on especially when paying this price to stay here. We arrived to this accommodation and were in love with the views and the room. It was clean and modern.The sun was setting and we were laying on our lounge which we paid extra for as the bigger balcony rooms are more expensive and above from the loud bar on top of our room a lady spilled her glass of wine straight onto us and all over the couch outside. We were shocked. I went straight to reception and asked for them to come and take care of it and clean our lounge outside as it stank of wine. They came quickly to mop and wipe the table etc but they didnt really care that the wine had gone onto our lounge. They left and I was furious that they didnt offer to clean/wipe the lounge as we couldnt lay on it as it stank. I went back up to reception and asked very politely for them to come back and sort out our lounge and I got attitude from the receptionist saying the cleaner went down and did it and I stated it still stank of wine and we want the lounge wiped so we can enjoy it. She huffed and puffed and got up and came down to look and touched the lounge and pretty much was saying theres nothing here and it was accident and no one has ever spilt a drink before etc but the lady who spilt the drink was actually laughing after she did it. After about 5 minutes of convincing the staff about the stinky wine lounge they took it away to be cleaned but we didnt get it back for over 24 hours so we missed out of laying on it for the whole next day.Another thing that was not very good was the shower drain doesnt work. I have videos to prove it. After a 5 minute shower my feet were under water as the drain didnt drain the water down. It was disgusting to be honest.Also we may add that our room was very loud. The roof or the bar upstairs makes loud banging noises till about 12am and we couldnt sleep.
