  : The staff was really nice and accommodative, helping you relax by answering your questions and helping you locate the subway and generally the directions to go, so not to get lost. It's just a quick 4 stops to the Acropolis subway station. Georgia and Kostadina were amazing with me and my wife, as well as the blonde lady from the breakfast, whom we didn't get her name, but she was great as well! And there was one young lady working there that had an amazing English accent and she helped us in the breakfast as well! Fantstykos! Would stay again if/when visiting Athens.
  : With the hotel nothing was wrong. The area where it is located is close enough from the historical area. There are some rough areas close by, but, it is not their fault, and, if you have lived and traveled in big big Metropolitan cities then you will be fine.

  : Asked for a quiet room, yet the motor of the A/C was so noisy that I had to turn it on and off while moving about the room unpacking etc., and eventually had to sleep with the A/C off. Also, the little fridge made this whistling sound that I had to pull the plug in order to be able to go to sleep... I understand mine was a same-afternoon reservation, but still, these details were just poor maintenance, and had nothing to do with cleaners, for example... Also, the bathroom was tiny AND poorly designed, as a result of which the toilet was in front of the sink, the shower cabin stood right in front of the bathroom door as you were stepping inside and left very little room to actually go inside, and, as for the sliding doors of the shower cabin, there were stops so that they couldn't open all the way, which left very little room (like 25cm) for one to step in even if one were going in sideways... when the average clothes hanger is like 45cm wide... you do the math! I also got an unpleasant surprise in the shower, where I had not noticed there was a fixed shower head mounted high up on the wall. I confidently grabbed the shower handle, turned the faucet on in order to regulate water temperature... only to have cold water fall with a splash on my head from the shower head up high, which was apparently the one connected to the water supply, whereas the handle was not! And no, there was no way of switching from the one to the other! Not an ideal experience for a tired traveller, I will tell you that!
