  : The staff was terrible
  : This was the first night of our travels. Upon waking we found itchy bites and knew right away that they were bed bugs (we had bed bugs when traveling thru then living in Italy years ago,, so we know them well: a distinct pattern of biting three times in a line). I messaged the property letting them know, they claim they had a professional come and look and found no evidence of them (which tracks, as bed bugs only come out during the night when warm bodies see present; they are close to impossible to find during the day). The property offered 30% off our next stay there! lol like wed ever stay there again! I said I felt a refund was more appropriate (dealing with this situation is like living hell, psychologically messes with you and a big financial burden.) They maintained that they could not refund us, which obviously is not true. They said that the bed bugs could have come from elsewhere. Again, this was the first night of our trip, my sister met us there, and well all got bites and discovered them the morning after staying here. They didnt come from somewhere elseUnless you want bet bugs or you want to support these people that couldnt refund a single nights stay even for goodwill (I told them that I would post this review and photos), DO NOT STAY HERE!

  : Overall, our stay was pleasant, but we were disappointed to find that there was no iron in the apartment. It would have been helpful to have this essential item available.
