  : The place is reasonably clean.
  : Really disappointing place. Not in the cave hotel areas in Santorini. Its in a far away village from everything and theres no parking. The place is not a cave hotel so you wont get thats promised. Its not sound proof and its close to a church so you can hear loud bells on weekend right in your room starting 7am. The host might be one of the most inconsiderate greedy people Ive met. I shared my frustrations with the noise and wanted to leave but she didnt agree for the refund and made me feel trapped. Any other hotel would give you the refund if they provide bad service and you shouldnt feel like youre trapped and cannot sleep when they request such a high price. Please in order to enjoy Santorini find an actual nice hotel which would be more reasonably priced and would be comfortable and quiet and will have pool and nice facilities. These rooms are basically a small dark hole with no facilities and small court yard. I have never felt more scammed and disappointed in a place, given I travelled to 40+ countries and stayed in hostels that were more convenient. This price is absolutely a scam. The positive reviews seem to be from the staff and her local friends on google as the real guest reviews show a different light!

  : The polished stone design and shower cave were a wow factor. Roof terraces were a great space to eat, drink and chill out and generally enjoy the stars and sights and sounds of Akrotiri and beyond. Room very clean.
  : Hot water was sporadic, I think because it was solar heated and early morning there isnt any. The polished stone shower was impractical - floor v slippy when wet and hook for shower head was very badly positioned, way too high up and only possible angles sprayed water outside the shower cubicle. Toilet paper, yea/coffees, water etc not replenished - I would have expected this for the price. Bed pillows overstuffed and rock hard. Main window in room was tiny and about 10ft up the wall, probably due to quirky design of property. Bathroom window tiny!

  : The room should be cleaned every day from 11:00-13:00. The cleaning leady was around from 9:00 and when we were leaving the room she was asking if we want to have the room cleaned and then only she was cleaning it. One day we left the room very early and when we came back in the afternoon the room was not cleaned and we did not have clean towels. I wrote to Aris which in the begging just ignored my text and then after insisting he told me that the cleaning lady had a small accident and couldn't clean it. This was apparently a lie because if it was like that he should have informed us! The room was not cleaned because she didn't see us in the morning. Despite that, she was not cleaning well. Everywhere there was sand. Moreover outside the room it was smelling very bad because of the drainage system.
