  : Villa was no doubt spacious. And the view is stunning so that's nice, but it is a view you can get from anywhere in Santorini. We should have gone elsewhere for this price.
  : HOT TUB 4 of us flew in from different parts of the globe so that we could spend time together in Santorini for a week. We did not require much except to spend time together and booked this property with two hot tubs for a period of 7 days. It was the main reason we chose this place and they confirmed with us many times that it was in good working order prior to our arrival. The hot tubs were NOT EVEN LUKEWARM. As it was our first day there, we politely contacted Pavlos regarding this and he simply claimed that that is the maximum temperature the hot tub can go. We tried using the hot tubs again the next day and it was not any better, even during the day when the sun was at its highest. We asked him if anything else could be done. He could not be bothered and immediately replied through text with "hope that the weather will get better". Firstly, the weather was never bad. It never went below 26 degrees Celcius during our stay. Also, how can a hot tub not even be lukewarm and completely unusable during the day? None of us could stay in longer than 3 minutes. Disappointed that absolutely nothing was done about it, and there was not even an apology. They had asked for full payment upon check-in, and refused to do anything (not even a 10% refund). Had no choice but to stay. SERVICE STAFF Unfortunately, being scammed about the hot tub wasn't the worst thing here...Treatment was frankly absurd. Aside from Pavlos' ridiculous and snide remarks (we screenshot everything) and unprofessional attitude during our stay (even when we were polite and understanding about the hot tub), he is arrogant, over-reacts and takes everything personally. Conveniently ignores messages as he wants. No effort was put in whether it be attention or hospitality. BREAKFAST The food provided was simple and the cheapest versions you could find. WIFI Slow and multiple WiFi and electric outages. No signal near the door or at the swimming pool and eating area.

  : The property is stunning. The views were amazing!!!
  : We stayed at Arota for two nights, celebrating our 10th anniversary. In the master bedroom there was a noise coming from a water filter on the side of the property. The noise continued through the night and I could not sleep in the bedroom but had to find a spot to sleep at the foot end of one of my kids beds since all the beds were taken. What had to be a romantic stay turned out a night with the kids. I mentioned this to the property manager and they came out to look into the issue. I felt underwhelmed when I was offered a bottle of wine which I left for them at the property. The next day I was so tired that I could not do much. I do feel at that price point, more could have been done.
