  : the bed sheets were dirty and clearly not washed from previous guests with different types of stains and hairs, so we had to use the bathroom towels on top of the sheets given we had a late flight and arrived at 3am to the hotel. Unfortunately, the reception was closed at this time, and no one could help get us a new room. We complaint the next morning and the person on their front desk said it was out of his control and to send a message via email. We went ahead and explained the situation via email and they took a few days to reply and thought the picture I took only showed small stains, and would consider a discount. It's been over a week, and have not heard back from them. Terrible customer service overall, and as a frequent budget traveler, I have never experienced beds being this level of dirty before.

  : Price and basic services of the facility
  : The shuttle for the airport is just between 5 am and 8 pm. If you flight during night hours or you arrive after 8, it is required to use a taxy that cost minimum 20 euro (during night hours 30). This make the price for the stay out of range. The restaurant closes at 9 pm, so if you reach after this time, no meals are available in the nearby. It would have been much cheaper and pleasant to book a more fancy hotel at the airport.
